In 2557, the New Phoenix ONI facility was attacked by Jul 'Mdama's reformed Covenant and his Promethean allies, the battle was brief but very bloody. Eventually, an ONI research team, with the help of a Spartan-IV Headhunter, managed to close the portals and halt the assault. They also managed to capture one of the Generals for some R&R with an ONI interrogation team

This is the lost footage of that interrogation....
