Building on the arm drag skills to even the odds when an attacker is about to grab or punch you with Peter Sciarra of ICS, Close Quarter Combat. It's effective self defense in a tough situation.

Peter Sciarra trains military, police and civilians in the skills of self defense worldwide and is based at Integrated Combat Systems in Australia. He is one of the few instructors to teach combat in the UFC Gym. He has trained for over 20 yrs and holds multiple black belts including one from Hock Hochheim.
