The French choreographer, Marion Motin (Swaggers), worked for seven days together with the female dancers’ group Myself in Brixton (Studio B) in the south of London.

The objective of Marion and the dancers is to create a quality choreographical show to be presented to the public at the end of an entire week spent in the creation lab. In order to achieve that, the girls committed themselves at 100% and proved themselves to be creative and original in an atmosphere of respect where everyone was listened to. The outcome is breathtaking and promising for the choreographer and the dancers that had never met before the creation lab.

This creation called Bring it out is about being stuck in your mind. The voice in your head that keeps talking and talking and the more it talks the more your body feels too tight and small. It's about the transference of energy and an exchange with someone else, that brings life back in your body. And the more this fluid is shared, the more life comes back. It's about bringing the things out of yourself and discovering the instinct of the feeling. Stop thinking, just feel.
