A couple of quick evening sessions on new year's eve and new year's day to try and catch a river nene barbel.

With the conditions in my favour, increased air and water temperature aswell as water levels rising I headed to the banks of my local Club stretch to see if I could temp a barbel to either end the last year or start the new year with a bang.
