My name is Tatev and I am glad to have you here with me!

I recently received an extravagant birthday gift from my incredible mother, Karine Arshakyan: a trip to Wim Hof's summer retreat for a week in Spain!
It was a transformational experience and I am forever grateful to my Mom! Thank you Mama!!!
She only requested that I compose a song for Wim and I did. This is a short snippet of my song "Breathe Motherfucker" which was loved by everyone and I am happy that my team White became my personal choir for the night!
I look forward to recording this song professionally in the near future!

Many thanks to Wim Hof for being exactly who he is and never bending his truth, story, words, spirit and for having the heart, patience and desire to devote himself fully to the work that will help us ALL become healthy, happy, strong through love, breath work and cold water!
Our instructors were amazing (particularly my White team's instructors: Carolina and Mario) and everyone in my team and all the teams became so close and connected that I find it hard to express the love we shared through just words!
