INGREDIENTS :

Desi Ghee - 3 cup/250 gm
Crushed Cardamom/Elaichi - 1 Tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup or 125 ml
Sugar - 200 gm
Edible gum/Gond(crushed) - 1/2 cup
Chopped Almonds/Badam - 1/2 cup
Chopped cashew nuts/kajju - 1 cup
Dry Coconut/copra/Naariyal khopara(Grated) - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour /Gehun Atta - 3 cup or 250 gm
Khoya/Mawa - 250 gm
Poppy seeds/khus khus - 3 or 4 Tbsp
