Amber Cowburn is a Cambridge graduate, unwavering mental health advocate and Founding Trustee of The Invictus Trust: a charity which aims to raise awareness and support teenagers in Cornwall who are suffering from poor mental health. She has led a national mental health policy campaign at YoungMinds, and was named Young Citizen of the Year by Rotary UK.
