In this video, Michelle from Virtual Hand Care is sharing her favorite trigger finger splints. But more importantly she's teaching you what to look for in a splint so you can find one that's right for you.

The best trigger finger splints should fit these 4 criteria- 1st the splint should stop your finger from triggering, 2nd you should still be able to use your hand for daily activities with the splint on, 3rd the splint shouldn't make your finger more painful, and 4th it’s a splint you WILL actually wear.

And the Oval-8 ring splints fit this criteria. If you find the rings uncomfortable or they don't work for you there are plenty of other trigger finger splint options.
