But keep in mind that when cold approaching a girl you don't know on the street, you will, most of the time, be faced with resistance, if not outright rejection. You need to know how to handle the situation to avoid an awkward moment that can ruin your mood. Most men keep going even after multiple red flags and they think that by escalating and pushing they will at some point get past the resistance and manage to get a (fake) phone number. Remember to be respectful and patient as you work on improving your approach skills.
