Monday 5 October 2020, at Eastgate Shopping Mall, in Linwood, Christchurch, New Zealand. I happened across this FULLY ENCLOSED mobility scooter. This is the first one I have even seen in NZ, fully enclosed like this one. I had heard that such things were available overseas.
