Seasonings: Salt, Sugar, Shallot & Garlic, Pepper, Chili, Chicken Powder, Five-Spice Powder, Paprika, Fish Sauce, Condensed Milk, Annatto Oil / Gia vị ướp: Muối, đường, hành tỏi, tiêu, ớt, bột nêm gà, ngũ vị hương, ớt bột, nước mắm, sữa đặc, dầu màu điều

The glaze / Nước quét da gà:
1 Tbsp Garlic Oil or Sesame Oil - 1 Muỗng canh Dầu Hành hay Dầu Mè
1.5 Tbsp Honey - 1.5 Muỗng canh mật ong
