In some parts of the world, Mango is called the “King of Fruits.” After knowing what are the health benefits that Mango contributes, you would be sure to buy it the next time whenever the Mango season arrives between April to November. Can you imagine, Mango helps in regulating blood sugar levels hence even diabetics could enjoy it too!

It is one of our family's favourite fruits. We enjoy eating the refreshing Mango Sago dessert whenever it's a hot day to chill ourselves. Mango really pairs very well with pomelo as both are very nutritious fruits.

Tips: Personally, I find Thai Mango is more sweet than the China Mango. You may use all 3 Thai Mangoes or any combination of Mangoes as you wish. If you want to pamper yourself, you may add one scoop of ice-cream to your Mango Sago too! As for the Pomelo, white flesh pomelo is also alright.

Note: If you have already been diagnosed with a citrus allergy, you should avoid eating pomelo.
