Clearing Ancestral Trauma - Meditation

Hello! My name is Sadira. I'm here to help you remember your divine potential and realign with your true self.

In this meditation, we connect to the earth and the divine to clear ancestral baggage that is not ours. While we appreciate our ancestors for the wisdom they’ve given us, we also acknowledge that some of their trauma has been passed on through generations. We draw on the blue-green energy of mother earth and the white-gold energy of the divine to fill our chakra points and auras, washing away old stories for transmutation and healing.

In relinquishing these ties, we use divine love and light to fill the holes where these wounds were once stored. Allowing ourselves to breathe and receive the shift in energy, we ask Archangel Michael to remove any lingering attachments that are not serving us in this place and time. We close the meditation by calling all parts of ourselves back into our body.
