I love a glass of Pimm's on a hot summer day in Britain. Perfect way to cool down, especially if you're watching a spot of Wimbledon too. You can also use ginger ale, tonic water instead of lemonade! You can find all my recipes on my blog http://www.carolineartiss.com/

Pimms recipe

• 200ml Pimm's No. 1
• 500ml lemonade
• mint sprigs, sliced cucumber, sliced orange and strawberries, to serve

Muddle the fruit at the bottom of the glass slightly first, then add ice, pimms, and lemonade! Serve straight away.
