The new party member applies weakened. The chests you can see during this quest but I can't get to can be gotten during free roam and the side quests when you return during regular exploration.

10:28 - Come back after and you can do this during Restless Spirit.
16:01 - Come back after and you can do this during Free Roam.
18:05 - Vault of the Beloved south end of the room chest
24:22 - Vault the Beloved 3 wisp door room chest
29:05 - Cascades chest
30:52 - Come back after and do Hauntings: Deathly Curiosity and use that wisp to open this.
31:22 - Cascades chest 2
33:22 - Spectral Court chest
38:35 - Path of Sighs chest
39:03 - Overflow Rune
51:58 - Hollow Belfry, Lower chest - available during your first visit to this room too.
54:28 - Hollow Belfry, Lower chest
