Is it still worth buying the Linea Mini when the Micra is so much cheaper?!

When I last interviewed La Marzocco back in September last year, I specifically asked them whether they had anything in the pipeline and they said, "No". A month later, they released the Micra and so I've had to wait an entire year to get this interview but here it is.

Is the Linea Mini still valuable as a home machine when you can get everything and more in the Micra for about $2k less? Well, La Marzocco seems to think that they are and they still seem to be selling both machines in similar numbers. The Linea Micra is such a good machine for its price and considering you're buying from one of the OG specialty coffee manufacturers and possibly the most prestigious Italian coffee companies, you aren't paying too much just for the name. It's packed with features, and more with the app to come, it will most certainly be a long-lasting machine and it's already a classic.
