Ingredients
1. 3/4 pound sword fish steak
2. Mayonnaise
3. Minced garlic
4. Cayenne pepper
5. Adobe spice or salt & pepper
6. Oil spray for air fryer basket

Instructions
1. Sprinkle fish with Adobe or salt & pepper
2. In a small cup, mix 5 Tbsp. of mayo, 3 Tbsps. of garlic and a few sprinkles of Cayenne.
3. Place fish in air fryer set for "Air Fry", at 400°F for 12 minutes.
4. At the 5 minute mark, open fryer and brush mayo mixture onto fish.
5. Continue to air fry for approximately 7 minutes or until internal fish temperature reaches 145 °F.
