Dr. Frank is having a little midlife crisis. He decides to go see his friend Snow Flower, who is a vampire. She and her daughters give him a full makeover, which includes some blood transfer. Getting back home to his castle he doesn't feel so hot. But pretty soon his tummy calms down and he feels a new power come over him. Rocky digs his new look and loves him even more now! Dr. Frank takes on the name "Pennywise." He takes a swim in the sewer, and guess what? He floats!
