First attempt at a Transformer. This shows off the rig and the various features of the model. The transformation morphs because I hadn't created multiple driven key frames per part in order to smooth the transformation. But a good result nevertheless.

I break down the transformation first with the skeleton, then without any of the parts moving, then a rough render, and then final render with a front and back view of vehicle to robot and robot to vehicle.
