Today I’m making a Massive Batch of Japanese Cream Stew. This is casual, "man-style" home cooking—no fancy techniques, just one big pan and a lot of flavor. I found some cheap white fish and combined it with chicken for a healthy, protein-packed meal.

✂️ The One-Pan Scissor Hack
I’m using my special Kai-jirushi Seki Magoroku shears (Made in Japan) to handle the proteins and the "Gardening Style" vegetable prep.


Why I use these scissors:

Clean Edges: The Japanese blades create a really nice, sharp edge on the meat.
No Mess: You don't need to wash a knife or a plate to cut the meat.
Heat Adjustments: You can easily adjust the size of the pieces while they are already cooking in the heat.
Easy Clean: The blades can be removed and washed separately to keep them perfectly clean.

🍲 The Ingredients
We are loading this up with a mountain of vegetables: Onion, Potato, Mushroom, Carrot, Broccoli, and Asparagus.
For the base, I’m using the famous House Hokkaido Cream Stew roux, made with 100% natural milk from Northern Japan. I also added Italian beans at the end for an extra boost of nutrition and fiber.

It’s not professional, but it’s incredibly yummy. Perfect for adult beginners or anyone who wants a warm, comforting meal that lasts for days.
