Is an Online Law Degree Worth It?

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I've been doing some research online since this video was recorded and there is some confusion as to whether the ABA rejected the hybrid program offered by Syracuse. I only found one source that talks about this and I'm not sure is completely accurate. So, if you have any info on the program at all, I'd love to hear about it in the comment section below! This video will examine whether a student should consider an online Law Degree and whether it will hold the same amount of value for them and their career compared to the on-campus counterparts that they might also be considering. Many departments outside of law have moved a lot of their curriculum to online instruction but this is not something that we have seen too much of from the law schools. You'll find that the reason for this is the fact that ABA tends to require that the students take instruction from on-campus programs before being able to sit for the bar. Therefore, students committing to an online program might find that there are some barriers before they could even practice (if ever at all).
