Like the times a game tells you not to do something again and again and you ignore it and stride into disaster, or when curiosity gets the better of you and you can’t help but try something stupid. Whether it’s a superhero smackdown in South Park, an android malfunction in Nier Automata or endless fatalities in Baldur’s Gate 3, here are the deaths we’re embarrassed to admit to.
