Greek style Lamb Kebabs with Greek Pitta Bread

A step by step guide to making some traditional lamb kebabs once again courtesy of Akis's channel. These are just spicy enough, moist and very much like the ones you have on holiday in Greece, well they were certainly like the ones we had on many occasions. #greek #kebab #recipe #cooking

1 onion dried or finely diced
2 clove(s) of garlic or dried
2 tablespoon(s) thyme, fresh
1 tablespoon(s) thyme, dry
1/2 tablespoon(s) cumin
1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika, hot
Salt & pepper
1/2 bunch parsley finely chopped
4 tablespoon(s) olive oil

1 onion quartered and layers separated
2 tablespoon(s) parsley finely chopped
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
4 souvlaki pita breads, toasted
