Hello welcome to the channel, for those who do not know, I make soundtrack edits. I mostly focus on Agents of SHIELD, but also do other shows every now and then. I basically make edits of unreleased cues using the surround sound audio from a TV show or movie. I then do my best to remove any dialogue and sound effects from the audio stream. How I edit is usually not a 1:1 rip of the scene audio, but I take liberties in combining audio from different scenes and edit them to create more cohesive and listenable cues. I do this as sometimes scene audio would result in only a few seconds, and would not be very long. Now I get a lot of requests to do other scenes, and I personally just do not have the time to do much, or the scenes just have too many sound effects for me to really do it any justice. I personally only do tracks that I feel I can make very clean edits of, to where they would look and sound “official”. I am creating a fan made album that is filled with these high quality edits for fans to enjoy. Hopefully one day we get an official album release for these seasons, until then I hope these edits can do the show justice., Even then, they might very well still be great to have around, as official releases do not always include everything from their source content.
This cue is the title sequence for this episode, a 1970’s style intro. For the edit, one would think it’s a simple grab from the intro, but it’s not. It was a bit more complicated, so I grabbed the end credits from the episode as it’s the same music, but slightly shorter from the intro. Then I grabbed the audio from the actual intro and only used a bit from the beginning and combined that with the end credits to re-create the intro title. I did this because the actual intro audio had volume dips at different segments which I would have had to manually adjust each part. Instead of doing that, I used the clean end credits for the rest of the track. I then made sure the volume was consistent between both bits and combined them to make the full track. All in all, sounds perfect now, with consistent volume and fluidity, as always I hope you enjoy the edit and let me know what you think.

Season 7 of Agents of SHIELD credits Jason Akers as co-composer, but as we do not have any official sources on who did what, I can't correctly tag the right person. If we get official sources on who did what, I will update the information.
