Dilip Kumar and Dev Anand did only one movie together that released in 1955 called Insaniyat. For this film, both Dilip Kumar and Dev Anand travelled to Gemini Studios in erstwhile Madras where the shooting of this film happened. Both Dilip Kumar and Dev Anand were extremely unhappy with this movie since the producer changed the storyline midway and introduced a new character almost halfway through the shooting schedule thus marginalising the roles of both Dilip Kumar and Dev Anand.
