Ingredients:
3 lbs mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese cut into strips
8 oz plain panko
5 medium potatoes; small diced (optional)
crushed hot Cheetos and nacho cheese (optional)
For the bread batter
3/4 cups APF warm water plus 1/2 and 2 tbsp mix with 1 tbsp APF, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp instant yeast **
2 cups APF
1 cup potato starch (this helps the bread be crunchy yet soft)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
1 serving of love 💕
