It's a sunny Saturday morning in Mango Park and Sgt. Mike Green is on patrol. While attempting to enjoy his breakfast, he witnesses a driver make an illegal turn. He quickly pursues the driver and is determined to issue a citation for the infraction. But while discussing the incident with the accused, Sgt. Green suddenly has a medical emergency.
