My name is Mark and I like cake! Really I do but I also have to admit to being super unfit and more rotund than I would like. My main exercise is walking to the fridge or to my gin shelf, not just since social isolation, I've been practicing for this for years!

With this in mind I decided I need to get fitter so I have decided to do the NHS couch to 5K. After gasping my way around the park I have decided I really do need to do this for charity so I have some sort of accountability and responsibility to do this, if I don't then I probably won't go again.
