I have been asked this question in my DMs almost every single day by fellow restauranteurs or delivery kitchen owners and even customers from different parts of India. Here is how we are trying to manage Goila Butter Chicken during COVID 19. It's the whole truth - that it's a long road ahead and we really don't know where will it take us. For now we are trying to run and manage with what we have. Most of our employees are from small towns and villages and the impact on their lives and livelihood is far more worse than most of us. We are trying to keep and provide jobs back to whoever is returning from their villages and for now the the stores are open for them to keep hope alive because the maths doesn't fit. I hope we can get through this together as a industry. Thanks for trusting in us and ordering from us.

(FYI - We are having to use more plastic than we used to before but for now that's our only extra safety measure for packaging that has come to rescue - hoping to be more sustainable in the coming months!!!)
