We are Monika Jazyk, Gillian Irving and Rachel Oliver.

Together, we are known as the Mothers of Real Estate (MORE) because collectively we have invested in over 500 investment property deals that have generated millions of dollars in cash flow. But it took us time to get to that point. When we were new to real estate investing, all three of us were nervous and afraid of losing money. We didn’t want to have to guess where to find cash flowing properties or how to attract (and keep) the type of tenants who would actually respect our rental properties and pay their rent on time.

We finally figured out that what we needed was a reliable and trustworthy system to follow in order to get repeatable results when picking a market, finding good deals and making the most money possible from them. In addition to finding a proven system, we also wanted to learn from someone who was already in the trenches, actively doing what we wanted to do and who also cared about our success. And, after we put our hard-earned money into our first few deals, we wanted someone to show us how we could keep moving forward to buying additional properties using strategic partnerships instead of own cash.

Each of us started out by investing in basic training to get the right skills. It worked for us and it can work for you!

The results still amaze us! Rachel was able to replace two six-figure corporate job incomes, so her and her husband could both focus on real estate investing full-time and enjoy more control of their time. Monika’s rental properties will pay for all her four kids’ university education, which she would not have easily afforded on her teacher’s salary. Gillian has built up a substantial rental property portfolio that not only provides a five-figure rental income each month, it will also offer a legacy for her four children.
