•500g skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

•1 cup plain yogurt

•2 tablespoons lemon juice

•2 teaspoons ground cumin

•2 teaspoons ground coriander

•2 teaspoons paprika

•1 teaspoon turmeric

•1 teaspoon garam masala

•1 teaspoon ground ginger

•2 cloves garlic, minced

•Salt to taste

•Mustard oil for grilling
