You can dupe on any 1.20.6 - 1.21.1 Paper Server using a book and quill.
You must wait for the server to save your player data (inventory items) ((relogging saves your data)) then hold a book and quill in your hand, and press the "Paper Dupe" button.
It automatically drops all your items except the book, and when you log back in they will be on the ground and in your inventory
