Mini Whip Antenna update, SDR Sharper and RTL-SDR dongle software mod.

First an update on the Mini Whip Active Antenna mishaps and fixes. Second on trying out SDR Sharper software. Third on using the RTL-SDR dongle for HF, AM/MW and longwave without the Upconverter via a software mod. Lastly a few updates on my recent purchases and also RF noise reduction on my basement shack.
