This video has been recorded on board the Japanese wood chips carrier M/V "DAISHOWA MARU" c/s JHZJ. The original clips come from a Japanese website dedicated to Radio Officers but at the time I am publishing this video I have not longer found the website online, I would like to identify the name of Radio Officer and of the ship's Master was in the radio room to. According to the VHS original video it seems it has been recorded in year 1994. For any kind of updates about this video please send informations on comments or contacting me. Thank you very much and enjoy a video that it is a real piece of the story of the radio at sea.
