Theme for young lovers – written by Bruce Welch (The Shadows Rhythm Guitarist) in 1964.
I was inspired by Kenneth Sørensen’s recent band performance and Ken suggested I should record it. So here it is !

This is an ideal song for beginners on the guitar as it’s one of the most simple Shadows songs to play.

Played on my Alan Brason Custom Stratocaster fitted with Kinman FV-HMS pickups on Bridge position.

I use an Alesis Quadraverb Q2 loaded with EFTP (Echoes from the past) These are digital echoes that are replications of the same tape echoes the Shadows used for their recordings back in the '60's. The patch for this one was 0-5. No other effects .

Sound recorded in Cubase SX6 and edited with the three 4K Video takes made with 3 Panasonic VX870 4K camcorders in Song Vegas Pro 14
