There are a few key things you need to know about setup and configuration before you dive in, but once you do, everything will be straightforward. In this article, we'll go over how to set up and configure your new Plantronics Voyager Focus headset so that it's ready to use!

The Plantronics Voyager Focus 2 headphones can be used in "corded" mode, and the audio is routed to your PC or Mac via a USB cable. Note: If you have the Focus 2 charging stand, it will only provide recharging power to your Focus 2 headphones. It will NOT function as an audio USB adapter for the headset.

Setup: Setting up your new headset is a two-part process. First, you need to download the Poly Lens app from Poly.com to your PC or MAC; this ensures you have the latest firmware version in the Poly Voyager Focus 2.

You can also download the Plantronics Hub app via the Android or Apple app store to configure and update Plantronics Voyager Focus 2.

Once you have checked that you have the latest update proceed with configuring the different settings with the Poly Lens app.
