and Welcome to a Tender Jackfruit Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬
It is the season of Jackfruits. I had gone to the areca nut farm to harvest some tender jackfruit. There were many trees of Jackfruit, I chose the one with medium sized jackfruits. I harvested two tender jackfruits and brought them home.
Pooja was doing some of her work, she asked me to keep the jackfruits and I went to the farm again. Later Pooja cut the jackfruit made into pieces and kept them for boiling for the recipes.
She decided to prepare Tender jackfruit Stir fry ( पूस भाजी ) for the breakfast. Later we had bhaji and bhakri for the breakfast.
Later in the evening Pooja prepared veg 65 recipe using boiled tender jackfruit. She tossed it with chilies and garlic and brought it into the farm. We both enjoyed it as an evening snack.
Next day Pooja decided to prepare seekh kebab using boiled tender jackfruit. While she was preparing for it I made a fire and kept the charcoal hot and ready. We fried the kabab over the charcoal in an open fire and they turned out amazing. Shreeja had slept and we all enjoyed the kabab under the stary night.
