Coleman BT200X Stage 1 Predator 224 STROKER MINI Bike build (Part 1)

In our MINI Bike build part 1 video we unbox our brand Spankin' New Predator 224 Stroker motor from Harbor Freight. Then we tear it all apart and delete all the go slow garbage they come with. Starting with a proper governor delete for maximum rpm and 18lb. valve spring upgrade so we don't float the valves immediately. After that we swap out the stock flywheel for a solid aluminum one, black out the side cover and figure out our throttle cable routing. Then it's on to the carburetor, intake and exhaust. Obviously, the stock stuff is not our style, so I show you how to install the bigger .095 fuel jet in the new adjustable carb and install it on the engine. Next up is the air cleaner and exhaust. They are both pretty simple but allow the engine to breathe a lot better and really maximize the performance capabilities of the stock bottom end of the STROKER 224!
This gets us ready to install the 30 series clutch and chain that we tackle in our next video. I packed a ton of information in this video and really tried to show you guys every step of the process so you feel 100% confident in your ability to do this project yourself with zero surprises. I know it is a little longer than i had planned but my only other options would be to split it up into more videos or cut out valuable information. Neither of these made sense to me.
