This video is about the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, and whether they should be given to everyone regardless of age, weight, medical conditions, and/or ability.

Many Law Enforcement Officers within New York State use the same tests to gauge sobriety on everyone they stop. As we age our bodies become less flexible and even simple tasks become difficult. If we add to this mix an increasing population of baby boomers, people with chronic diseases, like diabetes, arthritis, and obesity we are then going to have signs of impairment not based upon alcohol or drugs but medical conditions.
