What is the difference between a rental agreement and a lease agreement?
The main difference is the period of time that they cover. A rental agreement is used for periods of time that are more short term, for example a 30 day agreement. A lease agreement is used to cover periods of time that are much longer, for example a 12 month or 18 month lease.
