Perfect for the football season! You must try these Vietnamese wings the next time you're having a watch party - your guests will thank you a million times over.

Serving size: 2

Ingredients:
-1.5 lbs of chicken wings
-1/2 c corn starch
-1/4 c sugar
-1/4 c fish sauce (depends on brand)
-4 cloves of minced garlic
-2 cloves of crushed garlic
-2 tbsp of lime juice (approx. 1 small lime)
-cilantro

-frying oil

Tips and tricks:
-skip the marinade if you're short on time - it's still amazing
-double frying is great if you're serving a big party - cook all the wings for 5-6 minutes at 325 before your guests arrive and then again for 4-5 minutes at 350 while your guests are there, so they don't have to wait as long in between batches!
