Ingredients/วัตถุดิบ
2.5 Litre water น้ำเปล่า
1 kg chicken ชิ้นส่วนไก่ตามชอบ
1 tsp pepper พริกไทยเม็ดทุบหยาบ
mix chinese herbs set เครื่องตุ๋นยาจีน
4 tbsp pickled garlic juice น้ำกระเทียมดอง
1 tsp salt เกลือ
4 tbsp soy sauce ซีอิ๊วขาว
4 tbsp seasoning sauce ซอสปรุงรส
2 tbsp oyster sauce น้ำมันหอย
1 tbsp dark soy sauce ซีอิ๊วดำ
50 g sugar น้ำตาล
1 Onion หัวหอม
1 carrot แครอท
2-3 Pandan leaf ใบเตย
(ใช้เวลาต้มประมาณ 1.30 ชั่วโมง หรือจนกว่าตีนไก่เปื่อยได้ที่ตามชอบ)
