We've been chatting about these tools for months now as Pagan has been developing these. He's been sending me photographs and updates this entire time and they are a joy to behold. As potter's we don't often get to use precious, covetable tools, the sorts you might pass down generations, but these tick that box wonderfully. So, in this weekend's video, I'm unboxing all the goodies and testing the razor-sharp blades out on both stoneware and porcelain bowls, to better give you an idea of how they perform, together with some tips and tricks on how to use them best.
