GH 621 Patrick, Robin, Maxie & Spinelli

Lisa makes her final stand with a needle to Robin's neck, Patrick tries to calm the situation and talk Lisa down. Patrick lunges for the needle, Lisa first struggles then plunges the needle into her own chest. Robin and Patrick try to shake off the events and let the ordeal be done and finished. They are finally free.
Spinelli lies on the operating room as Maxie tells Dante what unfolded in the hostage room. Spinelli's alter-ego, Jackel PI, watches over as Spinelli flat lines and tells him to man up. Spinelli lays in recovery as Maxie sits vigil and recounts what happened and her deepest pride and gratitude for saving her life. In Spinelli's mind he see's the 1940's version of him and Maxie, and when they kiss - both in the dream and real life - Spinelli wakes. Or rather Jackel PI has woken up.
