Shawn’s Vermouth Recipe
2 oz orujo (or neutral white liquor)
675 mL - 750 mL of white wine (un-oaked)
Caramel (about 1 cup of sugar, or less, to taste)
1 orange peel
1 lemon peel
1 cinnamon stick
5 cardamom pods
3 cloves
1 sprig of rosemary
Big pinch artemisia/mugwort (about 1/4 tsp)

Lainey’s Vermouth Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz orujo (or neutral white liquor)
675 mL - 750 mL of white wine (un-oaked)
Caramel (about 1 cup of sugar, or less, to taste)
2 star anise
7 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
1 sprig rosemary
1/4 tsp dried lavender
1/4 tsp licorice root
5 Black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1 orange rind
1/2 lemon rind
2 chamomile tea bags
Big pinch artemisia/mugwort (about 1/4 tsp)
