The days are getting longer, the sun is (occasionally) shining, flowers are blooming, birds are singing, bees are buzzing. Yes, spring is here at last! An especially welcome spring at that, after a particularly harsh winter.

It's time to cast off those heavy winter clothes and those dull, bookish 'winter' partners, and head outside in a nice frock to find yourself an athlete - after, all summer is just around the corner!

Tonight's Christopher Brasher ventures onto the streets of London, to ask members of the public a very simple question: How does spring make you feel? Pretty good, as it happens.
