The musical evolution of Matthias Tanzmann as producer is in full swing a quick look over his releases and remixes of the last year reveals an ease and sophistication, as he further progresses the reduction of house music.

And with great pleasure we get to provide his pinnacle of the year so far, »Chano«, the two versions of the track demonstrating just where house can take you on the threshold of a new decade.

The A side concentrates on a percussive rhythm and a lyrical vocal, its carefully placed sounds building the track into a dynamic and hypnotic whole.

The B side of »Chano« is arranged more classically - a deep chord, a clear beat, accentuated hi-hats and claps. The percussiveness here is more profound, shaping the track in a completely different way.
