PHOTONIS Echo WHITE PHOSPHOR PVS-14

I would highly recommend the Photonis Echo white phosphor to someone looking for WP in the same or lower price range as a Elbit XLSH or SLH tube who isn't concerned about performance in extreme low light. If you want the all around best performance in that price range or slightly more, then I'd recommend a device with a gen 3 Elbit or L3Harris thin filmed image tube.
