PACTV worked with Plimoth Plantation's Wampanoag Indigenous Program to document the creation of a mishoon, a traditional Native American canoe. The mishoon was recently donated to the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian and unveiled along with the PACTV documentary at the museum's Cultural Resources Center in Maryland during a special gift ceremony on September 6th.

The mishoon and corresponding documentary will be part of the National Museum of the American Indian's permanent collection.

The video was done by PACTV, a nonprofit organization in Plymouth, Massachusetts. www.pactv.org
