Trappist Holiday Ale (2021) | Spencer Brewery | Beer Review |

For today's review, I'm going to take a look at another beer from the Spencer Brewery, and it's their Trappist Holiday Ale, the 2021 vintage. This is a Belgian Strong Dark Ale that is released during the holiday season each year. Unfortunately, the St. Joseph's Abbey in Spencer, Massachusetts has announced the closure of their brewery, and because of that, I felt like I should grab whatever I can from them off the shelf, and give those beers a proper review. Let's see how this one is!
